I'm gonna tell you this as a game developer:
First of all,the concept is very poor,very,very poor,but the basic idea of speeding up after collecting a square is fine. I say you just learn AS 3.0 and continue. Maybe you will succed?

And the music,I agree with UPTX,is probably taken from somewhare out from Newgrounds. Watch for that and if that claim is correct,please replace it with something free,or something inside Newgrounds. That is all.

There was a glitch - I just finished the pay-day level and the cops spawned inside of the building with their cars IN the floor...
